Please upload photos of your current hair and photos of your hair goals. This is a necessary step in the process of determine what length, density and color(s) of extensions needed to reach your goals. If the requested photos are not submitted you will not receive a response.

PRICING:
Your investment is based on many factors and is not a "one price fits all." Depending on your current hair and the desired result, the stylists level of education, the brand of hair and length chosen, the amount of wefts and rows needed to achieve your hair goal will all determine the cost of your investment.
Our pricing is packaged to include the necessary services to custom color and blend your extensions to ensure a seamless install. Based on your hair goals and starting point, packages start at $750-$3,000+ and will vary with each stylist. With proper at home care and products, your extensions can last up to one year and your reinstall/maintenance appointments are every 6-10+ weeks starting at $200 per row.
There will be a non-refundable deposit due at your consultation should you decide to move forward with scheduling services. This deposit is the cost of hair needed for your desired result, the remaining balance will be the per row new installation fee due at time of service.

​CANCELLATION POLICY:
our appointments are very important to Salt & Light Hair Co., as it is reserved especially for you! Our schedules are dedicated to our guests + their needs, but when we have a no-show or last minute cancellation we cannot fill that appointment for another person. As a result, we require at least 48 salon business hours notification via phone or email to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellation (including calling in sick), no-show or rescheduling less than 48 salon business hours of the original appointment time will be charged 50% for cancellations and 100% for same day or no-show to the card on file. By booking an appointment with us at Salt & Light Hair Co. you agree to these terms and conditions for all current and future appointments. Please advise, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and the same fee will apply.

MAINTAINING A HEALTHY SALON ENVIRONMENT:
We kindly ask that you please do not come to the salon sick. Visiting the salon while you are sick directly exposes your stylist and other guests to any illness you may have; if you think you are getting sick or are sick, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment within 48 business hours. Stay home, hydrate and rest. Come back in when you’re feeling better! Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 business hours will be charged 50% and same day or no show charged 100%.

CHILD CARE POLICY:
At Salt & Light Hair Co., we do try to provide a relaxing environment for all guests in the salon. We ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment. All children are subject to elements of danger in a salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons/tools, chemicals, etc.) Please understand this is for the safety of everyone. Thank you.

SERVICE RE-DO POLICY:
All service sales are final. Our stylists thorough consultation process prior to your appointment are scheduled to allow you plenty of time to communicate your desires and expectations to ensure a favorable service outcome. Should your outcome not match your expectations, we are happy to make any minor adjustments that align with the original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments that altar the original plan, or are made more than 10 days after the original appointment, will require full payment.

Once your appointment is completed, we will book your move up appointment. Hand tied extensions should be moved up every 6-8 weeks and can be booked as a standalone service or with a color service. The extension hair should be replaced every 9 months to a year.
By signing this form, I agree that:
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your first install. The deposit amount is the cost of hair needed to achieve your desired result, the remaining balance will be the per row installation fee due at time of service.
I have made my hairstylist aware of any treatments I have had on my hair in the past twelve months.
I give my hairstylist permission to put hair extensions in my hair and I do not hold them responsible for any adverse health reactions or undesired results.
I understand that my hair stylist will do their best to achieve my desired results, however, each persons hair varies so my hair may not look exactly like the picture shown of the style described.
I agree to the color of the extensions.
I agree to follow the post-haircare instructions and recognize that failure to follow them may negatively affect my results.
I acknowledge that this consent will cover the entire service as well as any subsequent services I may have.
