When you talk about a woman who can do it all and still have great hair, Dena is 100% her. Walking into a luxury salon, you expect top-tier talent + training. In Dena, you get all of the above with a truly, truly kind soul.
With over 10 years of salon experience, helping people has always been Dena’s calling in life. She has a way of carrying the weight of everyone around her with willingness and grace, and dedicates the salon’s success to her family and the fantastic women who work there.
Whether it’s Dena’s ability to make a simple conversation feel like a therapy session, the fact that she radiates positivity, or that knowing her is believing in her, Salt & Light Hair Co. wouldn’t be the same without her.

KRISTINA
It’s All About “Looking Good, Feeling Good”
Kristina is a true Florida girl and has extensive experience in service based industries like healthcare. Her decision to join the hair care industry in 2019 came from observing the happiness her friends had in their careers. She wakes up every day passionate about her job!

LAUREN
Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Lauren has been a stylist for 5 years and has been with Salt & Light for 3 of them. She specializes in blonding and transformations and has a passion for extensions. She is certified in multiple extension methods, including Invisible Bead Extensions.
Lauren loves keeping up with the current trends and continuing her education. Her favorite thing about doing hair is the instant gratification that comes with it. Lauren is all about individuality and creating your dream hair!
HANAH
Hanah was born and raised in upstate New York. She made the move to Florida in 2024 on her own to start a career as a stylist and since then has also become certified in invisible bead extensions!
Hanah loves to travel and spend time with her loved ones. She specializes in effortless, lived in color + invisible bead extensions + healthy blonding. She has a keen eye for the small details and her ultimate goal behind the chair is to keep your hair healthy, beautiful, and custom-tailored to you !

“When you sit down, and look at yourself in a salon mirror, what do you see? If you work in the beauty industry, it’s very common to see beautiful women with good hearts come in, sit down, and start to pick themselves apart.
When the long-time dream of opening a salon literally fell into my lap, I thought a lot about my experiences in the past, and how I wanted my clients to feel walking into Salt & Light Hair Co. I realized that getting your hair done wasn’t just colors and cutting, it was connected to our self confidence and worth.
Salt & Light Hair Co. is a place for all of us to learn to be kinder to ourselves, pick ourselves up, and feel beautiful in every aspect of our lives. It of course reflects the beach town we live in, but also explains the type of people we strive to be every day. We want to be reasonable, grounded and humble, while bringing goodness to the world and making our client’s day brighter.”
